1	pk	Yellow cake mix
3	oz	Pkg lemon instant pudding
4		Eggs
2/3	c	Vegetable oil
2	ts	Orange extract
1 1/2	c	Fermented fruit
		From fermented fruit starter
		Recipe
1	c	Nuts; chopped
1	c	Raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, oil and orange extract in a large bowl. Add fruit, nuts and raisins and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased, floured tube pan and bake 1 hour. Let cook 15 minutes before removing from pan.
